Every apartment has all necessary repairs and replacements completed before a professional cleaning company cleans and sanatizes the apartment before move-in.
Yes, and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
You can place a work order request through the resident portal or call the office.
Once we receive a work order request, we assign it to maintenance for them to complete. You can request that we call first or have permission to enter if you're not home.
No you do not. If you are not home, we will leave a door tag letting you know your work order has been completed.
During office hours, we can provide a back up key. After hours, you need to call a lock smith, since our on-call maintenance does not have access to resident and occupant information.
Yes, as long as it doesn't cause damage to the walls, floors, or any part of the apartment.

Our community offers a wide variety of amenities including a spa/hot tub, four free electric car charging stations, bicycle repair station, resident clubhouse with an internet cafe/TV/billiards, state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center, BBQ/picnic area, nine-hole putting green, poolside kitchen featuring a fire pit, ping pong table, life-size chess, and cornhole, resort-inspired year-round heated swimming pool and spa, pet wash station, and dog park.
Yes, we have open parking as well as garages available for rent.
There is a one-time $300 pet fee, and $35 monthly pet rent for each pet.Â

Guests are allowed, but must be added to the lease if they are staying longer than 7 days. Residents are allowed 2 guests when using the pool.
The deposit stays with the apartment, so a new deposit is owed, and the deposit on the previous place is mailed back to you.
No, subletting is not allowed.
An early termination fee equal to two months of rent will be owed for breaking your lease.
Applicants must have a total household gross monthly income that is equal to or greater than 2x the monthly rent.
